Frequently Asked Questions
How long does corporate training take?▼
Onsite sessions typically run 2-3 hours per group, including theory, hands-on evaluation, and documentation. We can train multiple groups in a single day to accommodate your schedule. Hybrid training allows operators to complete theory online (35-45 min) before a shorter onsite evaluation (30-45 min per operator).
What's the minimum number of operators for onsite training?▼
We recommend onsite training for companies with 3+ operators to maximize value. For smaller teams, our hybrid model (online theory + supervisor evaluation) is more cost-effective. Contact us to discuss the best option for your fleet size.
Do you offer volume pricing?▼
Yes. We offer tiered pricing for teams of 3+, 10+, and 25+ operators. Enterprise agreements are available for large fleets with ongoing training needs. Request a quote to see specific pricing for your company size.
How long is the certification valid?▼
Three years per OSHA 1910.178(l)(4)(iii) guidelines. However, refresher training is required if: (1) operator is observed operating unsafely, (2) involved in an accident or near-miss, (3) assigned to different equipment type, or (4) workplace conditions change. We provide reminder services before certification expires.
Can our internal supervisor conduct evaluations?▼
Yes, if your supervisor is qualified per OSHA standards (knowledge, training, and experience). With our hybrid model, operators complete online theory, then your supervisor uses our evaluation checklist for the hands-on portion. We provide the checklist and can train your evaluator if needed.
What documentation do we receive?▼
You'll receive: (1) Individual operator certificates with QR verification, (2) Wallet cards for each operator, (3) Training records with dates and evaluator signatures, (4) Evaluation forms per OSHA requirements, (5) Training roster for your records. All documentation is compliant with OSHA 1910.178(l)(6) certification requirements.
Is MEWP (aerial lift) training required separately from forklift training?▼
Yes. Scissor lifts and boom lifts fall under ANSI A92.24, not OSHA 1910.178. Forklift certification does not cover aerial work platforms. We provide separate MEWP training for Category 3A (scissor lifts) and 3B (boom lifts), which can be bundled with forklift training at a discounted rate.
What's your service area?▼
We provide onsite training nationwide, with priority scheduling in the Mountain West, Southwest, and Texas regions. Our hybrid training option (online theory + local evaluation) is available to all companies in the US, allowing you to use qualified local evaluators.
