Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Flat Earth Equipment. We are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain products, including electrical components and custom-ordered parts, may not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at contact@flatearthequipment.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Flat Earth Equipment error (such as an incorrect or defective item).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Returns received after the 30-day return window.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@flatearthequipment.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical parts and components
  • Special order and custom-built items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise agreed.
